RPG®’s world headquarters are located in Upper Marlboro, between Baltimore, Washington and historic Annapolis. This modern 25,000 square foot facility contains a computerized manufacturing and painting facility, research, listening and auralization labs, sales and marketing offices, and conference room. RPG® has developed state of the art molds for its gypsum, plastic, concrete, and semirigid fiberglass products. Optimized shapes are manufactured in wood, fiber reinforced gypsum, and concrete. Semirigid fiberglass products can be coated with nonbridging or nonporous sealing coatings. All products follow the process of conceptualization, computer simulation, scale model testing, prototype testing, auralization, and manufacture. RPG® also maintains complete parallel manufacturing in the United Kingdom for European Union distribution.
