RPG Expands Products and Services
As part of our 25th anniversary celebration, RPG is expanding in many ways. In March, we will launch a new Noise and Vibration Control Division with our partner CDM. This new division is
already getting enthusiastic interest from the
architectural acoustics community. We have also added additional sales
support personnel, an in-house architect and another 15,000 square feet to our manufacturing facility. It is a very exciting time at RPG. Our goal is to provide the
architectural acoustics community with the latest technology in both room acoustic and noise control products and services.
Announcing the CDM-RPG Room Isolation System
The CDM-RPG Room Isolation System includes a complete range of floor, wall and ceiling isolation products to fabricate a complete room-in-room design, utilizing a wide range
of elastomeric solids, springs or air cushions to provide the appropriate solution to meet the project requirements and related budgets. All using the latest innovative technology.
We will also be offering educational courses at RPG on the new system, as well as fundamentals of noise and
vibration isolation in conjunction with CDM's acousticians and engineers.
Did You Know? Schools are RPG's #1 Client
We continue with our focus on schools. RPG is now being specified in school systems across the country, because we offer a complete range of innovative products and design assistance for
classrooms, lecture halls, auditoria, music practice and rehearsal rooms, gymnasiums, swimming pools, meeting/conference/teleconference rooms, recording and broadcast studios,
computer rooms, laboratories, power generation and HVAC facilities.

Completed Projects
Harrisburg High School's newly restored, renovated and expanded John Harris Campus was recently dedicated. Hayes Large Architects and the Harrisburg School District Administration
worked together to ensure that the latest practices in education were integrated into the facility. The acoustician on the project was Christopher N. Brooks, formerly Orpheus Acoustics, now Senior Consultant at Acoustic Dimensions,
New Rochelle, NY. Mr. Brooks indicated that "The sound in the beautifully appointed auditorium was supportive, but not too live. Considering there were no plans to provide adjustable reverberation,
the room works really well for a very wide range of acoustic functions." Included in the project were RPG's Waveform Spline,
installed in the ceiling and Waveform Bicubic, installed for the first time on side wall surfaces, for a very attractive design.
Completed Projects
TheTimesCenter is the centerpiece of the new New York Times Tower, located in the heart of New York's vibrant Times Square District. RPG is proud to have worked with
Renzo Piano Building Workshop (Images Courtesy RPBW) and FXFOWLE on this prestigious auditorium project. Specially selected flitches were laid up into panels and fabricated into many uniquely
sized and detailed Topakustik panels for wall installation and
ceiling suspension.
Shown are views into the arboreal lobby and from the stage into the auditorium.
