BUFORA had many regional UFO groups affiliated with them and also used to cooperate with others on a regular basis. One such organisation was the Plymouth UFO Research Group (PUFOG) in Devon in the UK. Its chairman was Robert (Bob) Boyd and in February of 1995 Bob passed a very interesting UFO photographic case to me. The sighting in question came from a former Royal Marine and took place while he was still serving with H.M. Forces in Cyprus…
